Is Vaping healthier than smoking ?

Electronic Cigarettes are a recent development in tobacco harm reduction and considered as the best alternative to traditional cigarettes.
Vaping is healthier in many different aspects. Cigarettes are a combination of thousands of chemicals pushed into a piece of Paper, and then burned. Vape is Propalene glycol, vegetable glycerin, and flavorings without fat lipids usually used in hard candies.
Pg and Vg are used in inhaler and are widely known to actually help your lungs from things like pneumonia in relative doses.

One thing people fail to recognize in smoking is smoking anything is going to produce carcinogenic chemicals. Whether I burn my T-shirt, or a cigarette, I will be getting almost the exact same carcinogenic chemicals.
So vaping on the other hand, because you are not burning a substance, you aren’t getting any carcinogenic chemicals related to smoking. The hottest a coil will become when saturated with E-juice is a few hundred degrees, therefore also becoming less of a health hazard in your throat.
Vaping, if done properly, is a sure way to quit smoking and be a healthier person. Or can be used as a healthier alternative to cigarettes.
With vaping you have no carbon monoxide (which is largely what makes smoking unhealthy for the heart) and virtually no carcinogens (which is what largely cause smoking to be unhealthy for the lungs and other organs that one’s blood might carry them to) and also virtually no PM 2.5 solids (what Antismokers like to call “tar” because when it dries it takes on a dark color and is sticky.)
Sooo… without all those various things, there’s really not much reason to expect any negative health effect at all from vaping: the propylene glycol or vegetable glycol mists have never been thought of as harmful when used as anti-germicidal mist agents in hospitals and such, and the nicotine, if nicotine is in a particular vaping liquid, is highly unlikely to have any significant effect other than making vaping more enjoyable in much the same sense that caffeine makes coffee or sodas more enjoyable. That enjoyment eventually translates into a strong desire to continue smoking or vaping and thus raises concerns about “addiction,” but if you examine the Answers to questions about vaping and addiction here on Healthymedilife and read some of the Research that’s been done, I think you’ll find that the issue is not as cut and dried as Antismokers (and their stepchildren, Antivapers) like to pretend.

The popular sound bite out there is that vaping is 95% safer than smoking. That number was not arrived at by any deeply scientific method but was simply an off-the-cuff “at least” sort of estimate put out by “experts.” If they’d been pressed to explain what the 5% “threat” was, I think they’d have had a hard time coming up with anything at all: they just wanted to leave themselves a loophole so that it looked like their statement was credible. In reality, vaping may be 99% “safer” than smoking. Heck, it’s possible that it’s 100% safer than smoking and is even safer than simply BREATHING (since the vaping process may kill some airborne contagions the vaper would otherwise have inhaled directly.)
Everything you vape is plant based and you are not burning it and therefore you are not getting any other chemicals other than common chemicals that are proven to have no risks of harm to the body. By no risk I am saying they fall well within the guidelines set by health officials.
If you use nicotine like myself then you are only inhaling the aerosol form which means that it comes with no other nasties. Nicotine is not a dangerous drug but is in fact a stimulant which has it’s benefits and is no more addictive than Caffeine.
Seriously, throw away the cigarettes and start vaping. Take the time to go into a vape store and ask questions, if you decide to make the switch then make sure you buy a kit that best suits you as well as juice that will make the transition to vaping a pleasant experience. To begin with you might want a juice that gives you a similar “hit” than smoking but later you can start to experience the myriad of flavours that are out there.

Conclusion : Cigarette smoking is not healthy and vaping is also not healthy. But vaping is less harmful than smoking.
