How to grow Beard faster and thicker at home

Growing Beard is a lit trend of today's lifestyle. Movie actors, Cricketers, YouTubers etc everyone is growing Beard. Many people wants to grow beard like them but many of them haven't any idea about how to grow such healthy beard. In this post I'm going to discuss about following questions :

why should you have healty Beard?

How to grow Healthy Beard ?

How to take care of Beard ?

Let's start,
1] Why should you have Healthy Beard?
According to various studies, full beards were attractive to women searching for long-term relationships. The researchers believe beardsmake men seem more "formidable"—in a red-blooded, strong, and strapping kind of way—that gives women the sense they can provide direct benefits, like enhanced fertility and survival.
Beards have always indicated a healthy level of dyhydrotestosterone, the hormone that triggers the development of male genitalia during puberty as well as the growth of beard and other body hair. Dyhydrotestosterone is a byproduct of testosterone, so on a biological level, the beard is a walking billboard telling women “Look how manly and virile I am!”
On a superficial level, a man with a beard is considered to work better with his hands and be able to better provide the physical protection a woman's genetic destiny tells her she needs in order to protect both herself and any potential offspring she intends to bring into the equation.
2] How to grow Healthy Beard ?
Beards are the new six packs ! You stop shaving - You grow a beard. It's science, right? Not exactly. There is far more to beardliness than first meets the eyes. To be honest, there is no fastest way of growing beard. All you need is patience. But yes a little care everyday will help you.
Your Beards needs a powerful, clean surface for to flourish, this is why you need to care your facial skin. You must do regular exercise, it will help you to

boost your testosterone.

Coconut oil - This is my secret weapon, I use coconut oil 3 days a week, it keeps my beard shiny and it thickens and grow my beard to next level.
Other essential oils - They keep your skin clean and boost hair growth. Eg,
1] Tea Tree Oil
2] Sandalwood Oil
3] Lovender Oil
4] Papermint Oil
5] Eucalyptus Oil.

For better results you can use Himalaya's Beard wash Buy it on Amazon
3] How to take care of Beard?
1. Keep you skin fresh , exfoliate your skin once a week. Clean skin helps your facial hair grow faster.
2. Certain oils like Eucalyptus oil, Amla oil promotes hair growth. My personal advice would be massaging your beard 15- 20 minutes daily before sleep.
3. Sleep well, as this will repair your damaged skin cells and help you

grow beard at a faster rate.

4. Wash your beard (once it is grown a little bit) with shampoo. Once you grow a significant length of hair, start using conditioner too.
5. Use hair brushes, combs to groom your facial hair daily to keep it smooth and moisturised (Use oils).
6. Forget about razors, trimmers , scissors for at least 6-8 weeks, and then think about giving it a shape.
7. Eat protein rich foods as protein is directly proportional to hair growth.
You may find the beard itchy sometimes but trust me it'll be fine in a few days.

If you liked this post, I’d be very grateful if you’d help it spread by emailing it to a friend, or sharing it on Twitter or Facebook. Thank you!
