“Words are not enough to make people happy neither tight hugs.
 people might not to understand what we feel inside. Sometimes, they are only good one when you are good too, but whenever you feel the essence of sadness, no one has come to stay by your side. Whenever you start to open up your problems, no one is about to listen. As a human, it is a natural to be avoided and ignored by many.
Depression is not only a serious illness to fight and deal with. It is worst nightmare that could ruin and destroy our entire life and fall into pieces.

Words are not enough to make people happy neither tight hugs. As an individual who has been suffering depression: things like materials stuff, words of wisdom, and comforts are not satisfactory to changed the emotion of a person. It takes courage and step by step process to overcome fears and anxiety.
First of all you need to know that what is depression ? Are you really facing that situation ?

Depression also called major depressive disorder, unipolar depression or clinical depression) is a mental illness. Many people think that depression just means a person is very sad. However, depression can cause many symptoms in the body as well as mood problems.
If you are feeling that you are on door of depression you have to do something before it destroys your entire life .....
No one can save you other than you only , this is why you should
Always tell the truth. Don't lie to us, even white lies. We have strong defense mechanism and easily lose trust on people.
You should keep in mind that, " you are not alone. " 

Even you are known about your environment , people near by you , they even don't know about depression . They don't know how serious this is ! No ! They don't know anything about you but the one thing you need to remember is 
no, you deserve to live. You have a lot of talent and potential, and it would be a pity —”

Give yourself TIME. 
Time is a healer. A very famous quote. The most difficult phase in depression is not recognizing what are your feelings? What has happened to you? Why there is a change of behaviour in your daily activities? If you have recognize these changes you need to learn yourself to bring back the early you. Everyone loves to remain happy all the time. Unfortunately this is something which false ideology.
If you have recognized these mood swings BANG BANG! You got it. You just need to learn or educate yourself to get over from it!!To overcome it.

Types of depression:
Major depressive disorder is also referred to as major, biochemical, clinical, endogenous, or biological depression. It may also be called unipolar affective disorder.
There are many subtypes of depression:

Biological explanations of depression focus on changes in brain chemicals (neurotransmitters).
Cognitive explanations of depression focus on how the way we think (cognition) affects our mood. These explanations say that if a person thinks negatively, this thinking can make them feel negatively about themselves and the world around them.
Sociocultural explanations of depression blame stressful things like divorce, losing a job, bullying, and poverty for causing depression.
The United States National Institutes of Health say that depression comes from the brain. However, scientists are still trying to find out exactly why it happens.
